On February 22, 2022, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, held the concentrated start of key projects in the first quarter of 2022. Ms. Yang Shuying, chairman of the company, participated in the event as a direct investor of the project and felt proud and encouraged. At the meeting, the city leaders repeatedly emphasized the significance and importance of holding this activity, and gave a high evaluation and affirmation to the enterprises that participated in the centralized construction. We combine industry experience, pay more attention to product research and development, and improve the performance of the material through multiple technological upgrades, which will replace the special ripple compensator controlled by Weizmann, Germany, and solve the problem of jam neck in some specific industries.

At the same time, we also extend to the entire pipeline industry through a point in the pipeline industry, and have developed pipeline safety inspection robots, the main functions are flaw detection monitoring, welding maintenance of pipelines, and pipeline maintenance in dangerous environments. More than a dozen related patents have been issued and are under application.

After the completion of the project, the annual production of corrugated compensator is expected to be 10,000 sets, and the production of pipeline safety inspection robots is 500 sets, with an annual value of about 500 million yuan. Through this project, we have enhanced our technical strength, created a pipeline industry chain, and grown from a single production and processing to a high-tech enterprise in the pipeline industry. We also hope that this project will be a window for Lunan District and even Tangshan City.
